Our team’s core commitment is the Lotilko program, which is not just a therapy, but a complex support system that accompanies the families who turn to us throughout an entire school year.

Elements of the program:

  • Art therapy group with a psychotherapeutic focus: 90 minutes per week, led by two therapists, where we harness the power of the group and the creative process.

  • Individual therapy: We provide weekly individual psychotherapy for all participants within the walls of Murmo.

  • Psychiatric support: Complex problems require complex support! We provide regular psychiatric follow-ups and, if necessary, medication support.

  • Family-level work: Family therapy (90 minutes) or family consultation (60 minutes) sessions help shed light on the role of family dynamics in the healing process.

  • Parent support group: A monthly 5-session support group where parents can share experiences with peers in similar situations, identify resources, and draw strength from one another.

  • Coping-skills training for adolescents and MBT-I block for parents: A much-needed 3-session training program focusing on the prevention of self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Teens receive concrete coping techniques, while parents participate in exercises to learn supportive methods to help their children through difficult moments.

  • Parent Club: An online psychoeducational event series exploring topics such as eating disorders, attention deficit disorders, self-harm, abuse, autism, gender identity, the online space, and addiction etc., tailored specifically to the depth required by parents.
