Please briefly tell us who is seeking support—including their name and age—what kind of help they need from our professional team, how long the difficulty has been present and which professionals or services they have previously consulted.
Please also attach any previous medical reports or discharge summaries to your email.
You will receive a response within 5 business days of your email being received.
Please also let us know whether you have contacted us before, which professional you consulted, and which services or programmes you took part in.

How to Get Started with Us
During the assessment phase for children, a psychologist or psychiatrist first meets with the parents.
Working with adolescents differs from therapy with younger children. In these cases, the clinical professional often works individually with the adolescent and communicates with the parents during joint consultations attended by the adolescent.
In such cases, the initial interview may take place with the adolescent and the parents together or, if requested and supported by the parents, with the adolescent alone.
Before the First Session
Before the first session, we send a medical history form and a consent form, which should be completed and returned to us by email.
Please also attach any previous assessment reports or medical documents to the email.
Following the differential diagnostic phase, which usually consists of three to five sessions after the initial interview, we determine which form of therapy we recommend for the child.
You will also receive a written professional opinion.
Initial Consultation
If it is not clear from the initial email how the process should begin, the assessment starts with an initial consultation.

Important: Please note that most of our diagnostic and consultation appointments are scheduled in the morning.
