DOKKOLÓ (DOCKING STATION) – Parent Recharging Station

A docking station provides physical stability, power supply, and a convenient connection for portable devices. This group offers the exact same support for parents.

During sessions, we explore non-verbal communication tools through creative exercises. The goal is not merely passing time; these sessions can actively contribute to improving the parent-child relationship. Through colors and shapes, we search for tools that can facilitate wordless dialogue within the family and between parents.

Target Audience: For Parents

Group size: 4–6 participants

Duration: 90 minutes

Date: Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Fee: 15,000 HUF / session (supportive parent group fee) + 5,000 HUF materials fee

Type: This session is not therapy, nor does it constitute a therapeutic intervention. Our goal is relaxation and recharging combined with free, spontaneous creation.

Frequency: Registration is open for one session at a time; this can be repeated monthly with different themes and media.

Session Leader: Mátyás Boros, Graphic Artist and Art Therapist in training.

Prerequisites: No prior artistic experience or drawing skills required. All necessary materials and equipment are provided.

Reporting Protocols

  • In cases of acute risk or harm, participation is excluded; in such cases, we notify the participant and refer them to appropriate professional care.
  • The group is supportive in nature, not therapy. If a therapeutic framework is needed, the group leader will provide a recommendation.
