Réka Isépy

My name is Réka Isépy, and I am a clinical and mental health child psychologist, as well as a couple and family therapist in training. I completed my university studies in psychology at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, specializing in developmental and clinical child psychology (MA). I then obtained my postgraduate specialization in clinical and mental health child psychology at the Semmelweis University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Clinical Psychology. Following this, I further deepened my knowledge at the Hungarian Family Therapy Association by successfully completing the foundational family therapy training and the supervision phases.

In my therapeutic case management, I am guided by a systemic and multidisciplinary approach, as supporting children is unimaginable without involving their families and wider environment. In my work, I place a high priority on the complex, psychotherapeutic-oriented rehabilitation of youth facing difficult life circumstances, neurodevelopmental disorders, and severe personality disorders. One of the most cherished and effective pillars of my profession is animal-assisted work, through which I support those who turn to me by leading canine-assisted therapy groups and providing problem-focused parental guidance.

I am currently on maternity leave; therefore, I am unavailable for both diagnostics and therapeutic care during this period.
