{"id":4237,"date":"2025-09-01T08:50:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T06:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/murmo.hu\/?p=4237"},"modified":"2026-05-26T15:43:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T13:43:20","slug":"lotilko-program-diohejban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/atetofedo.hu\/en\/lotilko-program-diohejban\/","title":{"rendered":"The Lotilko Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"murmo-blog-english-content\" lang=\"en\" data-no-translation>\n<p>Our team&#8217;s core commitment is the Lotilko program, which is not just a therapy, but a complex support system that accompanies the families who turn to us throughout an entire school year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elements of the program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Art therapy group with a psychotherapeutic focus:<\/strong> 90 minutes per week, led by two therapists, where we harness the power of the group and the creative process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Individual therapy:<\/strong> We provide weekly individual psychotherapy for all participants within the walls of Murmo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Psychiatric support:<\/strong> Complex problems require complex support! We provide regular psychiatric follow-ups and, if necessary, medication support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Family-level work:<\/strong> Family therapy (90 minutes) or family consultation (60 minutes) sessions help shed light on the role of family dynamics in the healing process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Parent support group:<\/strong> A monthly 5-session support group where parents can share experiences with peers in similar situations, identify resources, and draw strength from one another.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Coping-skills training for adolescents and MBT-I block for parents:<\/strong> A much-needed 3-session training program focusing on the prevention of self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
