Our team\u2019s core commitment is the Lotilko program, which is not just a therapy, but a complex support system that accompanies the families who turn to us throughout an entire school year.<\/div>\n

Elements of the program:<\/div>\n

\"\ud83c\udfa8\"<\/span> Art therapy group with a psychotherapeutic focus:<\/strong> 90 minutes per week, led by two therapists, where we harness the power of the group and the creative process.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\ude4f\"<\/span>Individual therapy:<\/strong> We provide weekly individual psychotherapy for all participants within the walls of Murmo.<\/div>\n
\"\u270d\"<\/span>Psychiatric support:<\/strong> Complex problems require complex support! We provide regular psychiatric follow-ups and, if necessary, medication support.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66\"<\/span> Family-level work:<\/strong> Family therapy (90 minutes) or family consultation (60 minutes) sessions help shed light on the role of family dynamics in the healing process.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83c\udf4f\"<\/span>Parent support group:<\/strong> A monthly 5-session support group where parents can share experiences with peers in similar situations, identify resources, and draw strength from one another.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83c\udfc4\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\"<\/span>Coping-skills training for adolescents and MBT-I block for parents:<\/strong> A much-needed 3-session training program focusing on the prevention of self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Teens receive concrete coping techniques, while parents participate in exercises to learn supportive methods to help their children through difficult moments.<\/div>\n
\"\ud83c\udfb2\"<\/span>Parent Club:<\/strong> An online psychoeducational event series exploring topics such as eating disorders, attention deficit disorders, self-harm, abuse, autism, gender identity, the online space, and addiction etc., tailored specifically to the depth required by parents.<\/div>\n
