The method is based on the work of Jungian analyst Marie-Louise von Franz on the interpretation of fairy tales, in which she identified six archetypal elements found in stories and dreams.<\/p><p>The essence of the method is that the client creates a new fictional story based on six structured elements: a protagonist, who is not necessarily human; a task or mission; sources of support; obstacles; a turning point; and an ending. During the creative process, the client\u2019s unconscious patterns, coping strategies and relationship to the world emerge in metaphorical form.<\/p><p>During the lecture, we will review the historical background and theoretical foundations of the method, as well as the framework for its clinical application.
