We welcome parents who feel that their resources have been depleted and that they often have little energy left to deal with the challenges of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Methodology:<\/strong>&nbsp;Complex art therapy, symbol therapy and MBT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group&nbsp;<strong>uses both verbal and non-verbal techniques<\/strong>&nbsp;so that participants can reflect on their parenting role through experiential art-therapy tools. The focus is not on artistic talent but on processing the experience and the therapeutic process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reflect on the difficulties, joys and struggles experienced along the long road of parenting. We explore who we can turn to in times of difficulty, who we cannot, and who monitors or influences our decisions concerning our children. We try to find common ground across different perspectives and ambitions and to become sources of support for one another during this short process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group is part of our comprehensive programme, so parents join according to a pre-arranged schedule.
